Not been out much at all with my camera with just moving house. However I had an hour to myself today so grabbed this quick shot of a horse and thought I would give a horse portrait a go for the first time. Not perfect by any means. Image taken in Lynemouth

Eventually! A short clear spell between clouds a couple of nights ago. This was a quick dash to get to this location (winter’s Gibbet) in Northumberland. I forgot to put my lens heater and so my lens fogged up during shooting. At least I got the Milky Way above the beautiful heather.

Waiting for the supermoon to appear. I stood there waiting and waiting just hope that the supermoon would make an appearence. Just when I was about to give up hope and pack my gear away, Therer she is poking through the clouds. and breath!
