I spent the morning at the new and lovely in Blairgowrie.

Shaun is clearly passionate about what he has here and the love & work he’s put in to it is evident.

The shop stood unused for some time, in its past life it was a bank. The shop is cosy and welcoming upon entering but surprisingly maze-like and bigger than you think! Though now entirely renovated, you’ll still find the original thick steel safe door if you venture downstairs.

It’s really nice to see something like this in our local area. Escape the rain, enjoy fresh coffee & cake and find yourself a cosy spot here to enjoy your book.
There’s a beautiful children’s nook too! 🌿

I’m finally coming out of a short hibernation.
Winter is my time to slow down and recharge my batteries. Taking time to plan for the coming months and year ahead. I’ll be working on my long overdue website and hoping to be more present here, though ultimately putting my energy into being more present behind the camera and people physically.

I’d like to say a heartfelt thanks to every lovely soul who trusted me in 2025. Capturing your precious moments with loved ones is such a joy for me.

Amy was amazing 🌊 braving the cold air, bare foot on the stones, outfit changes amongst the trees and a slippery hike to and from the water.

She contacted me asking if I would photograph her in this precious stage of pregnancy - I was thrilled and THEN she suggested by a waterfall! I was giddy with excitement 🌿

I know it’s the glare on my lens but look at no. six and seven - ethereal, magical looking woodland fairy pregnant Mother!! 💫✨
