One of the true joys of this renovation has been uncovering and celebrating the building’s hidden treasures, from the original fireplaces to the beautiful exposed beams.

Every detail has been carefully considered to complement the history of the property, from luxurious floor finishes and layered lighting to oversized skirtings, beautiful ironmongery, and traditional cast iron radiators.

This has been a truly special project, allowing a much-loved local listed building to be restored with care and respect as it begins its next chapter.

The fourth video in the series unveils the story of Windhill Villa – a heritage home reimagined.

Classic contemporary approach creates a cohesive coordinated feel across all of the ensuite bathrooms, with small subtle changes in colour, texture and pattern.

The master ensuite evokes a glamorous feel with a double shower, marble vanity and beautiful roll top copper bath overlooking the garden.

The third video in the series unveils the story of Windhill Villa – a heritage home reimagined.

The living room is quietly positioned at the back of the property. Fully glazed patio doors were carefully reinstated, allowing light and views of the garden to flow back into the space, while original shutters, architraves and covings were preserved. The fireplace was reinstated, restoring a sense of balance and continuity to the room.
