I'm lucky to have such a variety of walks so close to my home during this lockdown.

Today we had some low mist off the Beckhampton Straight and I found this composition within a small stretch of trees.

These were the trees on the way out with the sun coming through from behind. On the way back, the mist had lifted and this same composition looked very different and plain.

Take a look to se the story behind this image of the beautiful Pewsey Vales at sunrise. Taken from Knapp Hill looking towards Woodborough Hill.

As you'll see, I had to wait a while for the sunrise but it was well worth the wait.

I love the effect the Lee Big Stopper Filter can have an image.

This image was captured using a 6 minute exposure which helped to create a sense of calmness and moodiness in the same frame.

Happy New Year Everyone!! I hope that 2021 is much better for us all than 2020.

My first time out with the camera this year and I took a walk along the Fyfield Downs near Marlborough.

This image represents a milestone for me personally as well. I've been busy working behind the scenes and have now launched my own YouTube Channel! This image is one of three captured during that video and the very first one to be shown.

If you'd like to see the story behind the image then please have a watch of the video 😀 https://youtu.be/q2r9n8thIJI

A different perspective of an earlier shot that I shared previously. This one was taken from the top of the cliffs looking down on this rock from above (Durdle Door out of image to the left).

A 6 minute exposure with a Big Stopper, polariser and ND Grad Filter.
