Stop the barbaric act of making horses smaller!!!

When people buy a new horse. They call in a "filier" or something like that (named after the files I suspect) who use files and grinders to adjust the horse down to right size for them.

In the pictures the horse has been purchased for a child and they are filing down the legs to make the horse a child sized one! They can take up to a meter off in a single filing!

They can carry out this shrinking process every 4 to 6 weeks as they shrink it to the size the child is happy with!!

This is a barbaric! I hate cycling past a field of tiny horses as I can only imagine the horror of the grinder they have faced!

If people don't stop this evil act all horses should be banned.
