No time like Mo time.

With Movember and damaging lockdowns just around the corner (or already happening back home) you don’t need me to tell you why 2020 is arguably the most important year we grow Mo’s and raise awareness for men’s health.

If you, like me, are sick of reading stories about the number of men dying young then please join me in growing a Mo or donate what you can to help make a change - link in bio.

It wouldn’t be Movember to me if I didn’t plan a stupidly hard physical / mental challenge and face some personal demons myself. inspired this and although it’s only a fraction of the challenge he faces, I’m excited to support him remotely in the best way I can.

My Movember Challenge:

11x Ben Nevis’ remotely
1st - 11th November (one a day)
587 floors (stairmaster) + 8km run = 1x Ben Nevis
2.2 hours + 40 min = ~ 3 hours

Disclaimer, I’m very unprepared for this. I haven’t ran in three months and the monotony of it scares me a little - but I’m going to get it done. Also, these horrendous photos are from last year but I’m bringing back the foreign look so it works.
