We are really looking forward to our 43rd annual exhibition this coming Saturday, 5th September. It will take place at the Chantry Centre in Billericay (CM11 2AP) between 10am and 4pm.

With free entry there will be over 200 images to enjoy, prints for sale, a raffle to win a print of your choice, a chance to practice some still life photography with your phone plus refreshments including homemade cakes.
We are also pleased that the Billericay Arts Association are also joining us this year. So lots to see.

If you are interested in photography and would like to join our club it is a perfect opportunity to meet some of our 77 members and have a chat about the things we do at the Club.

For those travelling by car there is free parking for 4 hours off the high street (behind Iceland) and the Chantry Centre can be accessed through the walkway next to The Chequers public house on the high street.

Each year a number of Billericay schools take part in a photography competition hosted by Photofold Camera Club. The schools entering the competition this year are Brightside Primary, Buttsbury Juniors, St Peter’s Catholic Primary and Quilter’s Junior School.

Their images will be on display in the children’s area of Billericay library (143 High Street) with the exhibition running from the 1st to 14th September. The awards presentation for the winners will be on Saturday 12th September at 10am.

In three weeks time Photofold Camera Club will be hosting its annual exhibition.

Taking place on Saturday 5th September at The Chantry Centre, Chantry Way, Billericay CM11 2AP from 10am to 4pm. There is free parking for a maximum 4 hours in the main car park off the high street (behind Iceland).

With over 200 images taken by our members on display the exhibition has free entry, a raffle to win an image of your choice, prints for sale and refreshments with homemade cakes will be available.
This year we will be joined by the Billericay Arts Association.

This week at Photofold we held our 5th print competition and this time it had to be brand new work not ever having been entered into any internal competition.

We had quite a lot of high scoring images and we are pleased to share with you those scoring 19 and 20.

First will be our Jakes section for beginners and intermediates followed by the Regular section for advanced and experienced photographers.

The photographers name, image title and score are under each photo.
