The most picture perfect private beach wedding you could ever wish to have the privilege to be part of, and I am so lucky I was asked to be part of Sally & Joe’s amazing day.

A wonderful wedding party, who all travelled down to the beach from mainly the Midlands, who were then photographed by a Midlander who has moved permanently to the beach!

The most gorgeous (inside and out) couple who were so laid back and a joy to spend time with.

So much love and laughter from everyone, and there was as much warmth from the amazing guests as there was from the unexpectedly sunny day we were fortunate to have (thank you to the weather gods!).

A huge thank you to the incredible team the newly refurbished Tunnels Beaches , which is now one of my favourite venues in the country (I would absolutely have my own wedding there!). The loveliest team who were so helpful, kind and the perfect combination of super efficient and incredibly relaxed.

The best day with the best people. I really do love my job ✨

On Saturday I had the absolute privilege to capture + beautiful wedding day.

After a week of rain the sun shone and the wind was on point for stunning veil blowing in the wind shots.

Wonderful people, stunning venue , glorious weather and so much love. What else could you ask for.

A love born in lockdown, now together forever. I can’t wait to work through the rest of the album for them ✨

A B O U T L A S T N I G H T ✨💫

Not wedding related but had to share! Got out of bed and headed to a cliff top overlooking the sea last night in Westward Ho! North Devon. So glad that I did!

Shooting stars courtesy of the Perseids, the sound of the sea gently lapping and this beautiful light show through the lens.

Magical and yes I did cry a little at how stunning it was 🥹

NATASHA + BRENDAN

Can’t tell you what a privilege it was to capture such a wonderful couple’s wedding. Two of the loveliest humans you’ll ever meet Natasha & Brendan with a stunning collection of family & friends who all absolutely adore them.

They chose the magnificent Polhawn Fort which is just the most amazing venue and the loveliest team.

The weather was untypically kind for November and gave us a dramatic sky but the rain held off.

Had the most fun with these three awesome women a few weeks ago!

Nickie & Elly bought the shoot for their mum Lynne as a Christmas present.

We headed to the beautiful RHS Garden Rosemoor and dodged the showers to get these gorgeous photos. What a great location for a photo shoot, will definitely suggest to other families in the future.

I was lucky enough to photograph Elly’s wedding a few years ago, and have done a few family & pet shoots for Nickie & her husband Richard. It’s so lovely getting to be part of a family’s story over the years 💜

T R A V E L I N S T Y L E

Absolutely loved how the wonderful travelled to her wedding in the Yorkshire Dales.

I met the bridal party at her house, we then had a short walk through her beautiful village and jumped on the train to the ceremony.

Looking forward to sharing more from this journey, it was eco friendly, fun, cost effective and so unique 🚞

A few years ago I was lucky enough to photograph the gorgeous wedding of Bex + Neil in the Lake District.

I always take a photo of the rings during wedding breakfast and they were absolutely beautiful. A stunning engagement ring and wood inlaid wedding bands. Swipe for photo.

They told me that they had been made for them by Justin Duance Jewellery and I’ve been hooked ever since.

Should I ever get married myself this is exactly where our rings will be made, cast in sand from the beach where we met.

This weekend they had an archive sale and the perfect dainty Montana sapphire white gold ring was there, just waiting for me.

So I treated myself and I’m so in love.

If you’re looking for beautiful, coastal inspired jewellery for your wedding, or just for a treat for yourself or loved one then I couldn’t recommend them more…

How gorgeous are these collection of amazing women?

I love hanging out with the whole wedding party but the mother’s of the bride (and mother of the groom) are always a firm favourite.

They are always the ones who know what’s going on, who’s where, what should / shouldn’t be happening.

They always look incredible!

They’re usually always the ones asking if I’d like a cup of tea or a snack, and have I had a break? Keeping an eye on me, just like a mum.

When Kate + Max asked me to be part of their Dartmoor marriage blessing I was over the moon.

Dartmoor is one of my favourite places in the world, so to be there to be part of their celebration was just magical.

From the ceremony by the lake, the couple shots by the stream in the woods and the backdrop of the barn party it was all perfect.

Anyone considering Dartmoor for your big day…just say yes 💜
