Let’s talk about school photos! Every year i hear so many parents say the same things…

“School photos are always terrible.”
“School photos are so expensive!”
“I feel like i have to buy them even though i don’t like them.”

I appreciate that not all school photos are actually terrible because i have had some sweet ones from my children’s schools in the past, however, i have also been on the other end of the scale where it’s been clear to see that there’s no attention to detail or rather, a lack of time to make sure the photograph is just right. School photographers are on a tight schedule and seeing THAT many children in such quick succession can cause the eye to not be as focussed.

Yes school photos can work out expensive if you are wanting to provide grandparents with photographs for their mantel piece to. Scanning one photo just alters the image quality and therefore alters the pleasure of giving the photo as a gift. It becomes even more expensive when you have children in different schools, therefore doubling or tripling the cost!!

Feeling like you have to buy them because you feel like your child will be upset if you don’t? Or is it because the rate our children grow is actually crazy and before we know it they’ve left school and our gallery of school photos showing them maturing beautifully just comes to a halt!

For these reasons I’ve put together an offer.

You’ll be welcomed into my brand new studio, you’ll have up to 30 minutes of my time taking the photographs. We’ll take a couple of different styles, something more formal and something a little more fun. Siblings are all welcome. I will take photographs of your child individually(for each child attending the studio) and with their siblings too. Then, once i have put my finishing touches to the photographs, you will be invited back into the studio to view the images on a big screen and choose your favourites. Included in the price of the shoot, you will receive 5 images of your choice on USB. Of course, further images will be available to purchase for a small fee.

The cost of school photos is only £20!!
Deposit of £10 to be paid on booking, remaining fee to be paid on the day of the shoot. Slots available from 6th September.

As a newly established company yet experienced photographer I’d like to offer you the chance to capture your pregnancy in an on location maternity shoot.
These maternity shoots available to book for only £40. This includes travel to the destination within 15 miles of Bexhill, full use of my props and gowns, a professional shoot including wardrobe change, at least an hour of my time for the shoot itself but with no rush if longer is needed to get the perfect shots, professional editing and one digital image of your choice. Additional images available to purchase.
