A Monday Motto with a throwback to last weekend's magical concert in Paris with the awe-inspiring Queen Celine!

From stumbling across her hotel on my walk back from her pop-up shop at the stunning Galeries Lafayette and joining in on all the fan fun outside it, to seeing her back on stage right where she belongs for a lucky fourth time!

She is the perfect definition of what you can dream, believe, achieve when you put your mind to it!

'September is the perfect blend of Summer's farewell and Autumn's embrace'

Goodbye September, Hello October! Chapter 9 of 2026 and with it the beautiful beginnings of autumn and all things cosy! 🍂

I have always found September to be a more productive month with getting back into routine and planning ahead for the last months of the year. It's funny how that September feeling never leaves you when for so many years it marked the start of a new year and setting routines!

A month with dreamy sunsets, nature walks, iced salted caramel lattes, photography projects, photography prints and a little time-out reading along the way. All in all a quiet but productive month with many projects ticked off the to-do lists!

Now that Autumn is officially here and Hygge season has begun it felt only right to mark it with a mini shoot of the new Autumn edition of Simpy Scandi magazine!
If like me you are a big fan of Simply Scandi then you may have spied my 'Colourful Copenhagen' photography print featured in the directory, one that I feel depicts all things Scandi meets Hygge perfectly with its cosy warm colours and calming pretty city setting.

What are you most looking forward to now Autumn is here, is it the exploring of new cities in that autumnal setting or nature walks with the ever-changing leaves? For me it has to be those later sunrises and earlier sunsets with no excuse not to go out and capture! 🌅

Tomorrow sees the official start of Autumn here on the Emerald Isle and with it my favourite way to mark a new season! It’s time for those Lavender Line Photography colour palettes to help inspire your home decor for the cosy months ahead!

Autumn is one of my favourite times of the year with a change in the sunlight and landscapes becoming beautiful golden wonderlands, something that the sunset chaser in me adores! From little rustic moments to dreamy coastal sunsets and pretty city sundowns, there is a little something for everyone who wants to bring a touch of Autumn into their room or office settings!

Which colour palette fits your cosy vibe best? For me I think it has to be palette number one and that Ballycastle sunset!

Fifteen days in, but.... Goodbye August, Hello September! ☀️

Chapter 8 of 2026 and with it those end of Summer adventures and the getting back into work routine for those up-and-coming cosy months ahead!

As most of you know I run my own photography business creating original photography prints for home decor and interiors as well as small business product shots, but I am also lending a helping hand at the fabulous Storybox while Rachel is on maternity leave. Not only is Storybox a small business that captured my heart back in 2020, it’s one that has lead to a beautiful friendship and one that I'm honoured to help out alongside my own business as Rachel steps into her exciting new Motherhood role!

A month of Lavender Line meets Storybox, sunsets meet cloud play, w**e time meets iced lattes, Belfast meets Dublin and I finally meet Bon Jovi with 80+ thousand other people! A great memory making month all in all!

A throwback to a fab product photography shoot I did back in June with the lovely Aisling from City Sights Candles and the newest addition to her beautiful candle and wax melts range.

As the Titanic is such an iconic symbol I wanted to keep to a simple nautical theme that didn’t take away from the design itself. I wanted to play on the importance of the world’s most famous ship and so my fisherman’s table backdrop and Titanic picture book made for the perfect accessories to create an overall rustic feel. ⚓

Goodbye July, Hello August! 🐚

Chapter 7 of 2026 and another trip around the sun!
I’ve always found July to be a quiet month work wise with summer season in full swing which works in my favour of taking some time off to celebrate my birthday month in style, and more importantly guilt-free!

A month of blue skies and heatwaves, dreamy sunsets, three days in my favourite city, inspiring art exhibitions, birthday brunches meet birthday dinners, wonder day adventures, Tramlines Festival number 5 and overall just spending time with my people!

Thank you to everyone who made July a special month of memory making! Here’s to August and those end of summer adventures!
