The once known City Mortuary at Forster Green Hospital Belfast, Northern Ireland closed it's doors a number of years ago. The morgue has since been used as storage by the hospital after closure, although this would seem to have stopped some time ago too. Things such as the three slabs still remain in place, although some storage shelves have been placed between them. The fridges for the storage of the deceased still remain along with a small chapel where bodies would be identified. 📸
