We're excited to be heading back to Ballyburren Outdoor Escapes in the coming days to capture footage of an exciting new launch! 🎥✨

While we can't give too much away just yet, there's something special on the horizon, and we can't wait to showcase it from the ground and the air. 🚁🌲

Keep your eyes peeled over the next few weeks as we bring you an exclusive first look at what's coming next at one of Northern Ireland's most unique outdoor destinations. 😉

A stark reminder today of how quickly derelict buildings can become major incidents.

The fire at the former Antrim Arms Hotel in Ballycastle highlights the challenges emergency services face when dealing with large, unstable and difficult-to-access sites.

From a safety and site-management perspective, this is exactly where aerial imagery can provide real value — helping document building condition, monitor high-risk structures, and support safer decision-making without putting people unnecessarily close to danger.

Derelict properties, vacant commercial buildings and redevelopment sites all carry risks that can change quickly.

Credit to the fire crews and emergency services dealing with this incident. Hopefully everyone remains safe.

🚁 Aerial perspective is not just about nice footage — sometimes it is about safety, records and awareness.

🚗 Need a HMO Parking Survey in Northern Ireland? We’ve Got You Covered! 🏘️

Are you planning a House in Multiple Occupation (HMO) in Belfast or anywhere in Northern Ireland?

Before your application can be approved, Belfast City Council may require a Parking Survey—especially if your property is located in an area of high parking stress or you’re seeking a Change of Use under HMO Planning Policy.

🔍 Why is this important?
According to the Belfast City Council HMO Subject Plan and Planning Guidance, developers must demonstrate that a proposed HMO will not negatively impact local parking capacity or residential amenity. This means:

✅ Evidence-based parking surveys
✅ Conducted to TRICS and Lambeth Methodology standards
✅ Professionally presented to meet planning application requirements

📍 What We Offer:

🔬 Detailed On-Street Parking Stress Surveys

🕓 Peak-time usage analysis (morning/evening)

📊 Clear, planner-ready reporting

📅 Fast turnaround – ready in as little as 3–5 working days

💼 Fully compliant with Belfast City Council’s Planning Department expectations

💬 Don’t risk delays or rejections on your HMO application!

Partner with experienced professionals who understand local planning policy and deliver the data Belfast City Council needs to approve your development.

From the PSNI -

Ahead of the North West 200, please be reminded that an air exclusion zone will be in place to protect all involved.

These restrictions, which also cover the use of drones, are necessary to ensure public safety throughout the racing event. We have been making contact with clubs, associations and societies who would regularly utilise airspace, to make them aware of these restrictions.

It’s worth noting if you are detected breaching this order and end up with a criminal record, your travel and career prospects could be negatively affected.
