“Can I do it when I lose some weight?” or “But I don’t know how to pose” to even “I have got a bit of a belly” are the sentences I hear the most.

Transitioning from social work to bo***ir might seem like a leap, but to me, they are two branches of the same tree. In social work, I learned that the most powerful thing you can offer someone isn’t advice: it’s the gift of truly being heard.

In this space, active listening is the heartbeat of everything we do. It’s about more than just finding your light; it’s about holding a safe, non-judgmental space for your story, your fears, and your reclamation. Whether you are q***r, plus-size, a new mama, or just someone who has felt invisible for too long: I see you. 🫶🏼
