Happy Monday….

I wanted to let everyone know my diary is almost about to close for this years newborn bookings!

January is almost full and I’m now booking Feb-April onwards.

As always, please book as early as you can to avoid disappointment!

🖤 Eeeek these are a bit special 🖤

Absolutely loving autumn outdoor shoots this year and even more so when I have a lovely family come back to me after their previous sessions!

Just like a little catch up, walk and talk and run around with the kids - I have to pinch myself that this is my job!

Babies are best captured before 3 weeks of age, because after this time, baby becomes more alert, less scrunched and not as happy to be posed and wrapped for images.

I always say it’s best to book your session before baby makes their arrival because my diary is often booked so far in advance that I struggle to fit in last minute newborn sessions. If you are waiting until baby is here (which I do understand), I may not have the availability to fit your session in, which breaks my heart!

Remember that the date is just a pencilled in, flexible date so this can always been changed if needed !

I hate saying no to sessions, so if you are thinking of a session in 2027, let’s chat!

🖤 I have something to tell you 🖤

I joke in my sessions that your baby will be starting primary school next week and or course thats nonsense!

But, theres an element of truth in how fast times goes.

In a blink of an eye, primary school has almost passed us by (sob) and I remember thinking about how I wasn't ready for the primary journey with my first daugher.. like it was yesterday.

I can't even tell you where the years went, and how much you should video every single moment because those memories mean everything to us all.

It's a cliche but I'm living it, so enjoy every cuddle, every day (even if its a tough one) and photograph and video it all - even if its just on your iphone!

The years really are so short 🥰

🖤 Older baby sessions 🖤

Because I'm here to tell you... You haven't missed the boat for gorgeous photos if you are over the 4 week mark. The smiles and personality are coming and they are beautiful!!!

12-16 weeks is the most beautiful time for a session - so all is not lost.

I have so many last minute bookings that I just can't fit into my diary - so I will always offer this session as an alternative if I can fit you in !
