Were only a week away from this years event and im back on duty for all things vw , stage , jungle safari, off road track and everything in between

I normally have a wicked time working this one with lots of talented people so im buzzing it’s nearly here and the countdown is officially on

Little BTS post , I never really do these

Sometimes people say to me before shoots , do I need to clean my car , will your camera pick it up the dirt?

This image was taken on the weekend during my mag shoot of Dario’s mini for miniworld magazine

Taken at a distance of 30+ft the camera still picks up a large fly just flying through shot

I edited him out as I didn’t have his permission to be in the shot … but the quality of the image still amazes me when you get an image with the right settings on the right screen/resolution.

Happy 30th Birthday to and everyone involved!

For me, It’s the mag that got me into VWs , I grew up reading the mag and dreaming about the mag hopefully one day featuring one of my own builds and I came close with my own Mk2 Jetta build.

Today, I’m really pleased and honoured to work with and the rest of the team to shoot feature cars and pen write ups to go with them!

It’s an honour to be involved and I hope im sat here writing a similar tribute in years to come!

Mags don’t just happen people there are so many people involved in pulling each issue together and getting them out the door and with print being more expensive than ever every mag title needs your support. If you don’t want to lose it , support it by subscribing , it really is that simple!! #
