In early August I headed to Margate for an absolute treat of a wedding when Jay And Mar got married in front of their friends and family in Jay's parents' sun filled garden.

They had quite the story arriving at this point involving globe spanning computer game chat rooms, suspected cat fishing and loads more.

But it was totally worth it. I can't remember seeing bigger smiles than these two when they got to share with their loved ones just how much they love each other.

And I even got given a bottle of the finest maple syrup from Mar's home nation ❤️

Slightly unusual first photo choice - but I just really like it. So there.

I've known Micah for 20 years (used to be his youth group leader). Camila, for less than 2.

When I saw them together at a friend's party I really, really, REALLY hoped they would one day get married.

Didn't imagine I'd be taking the pics 😂

What an absolutely unexpected treat!

I love that This is Reportage recognises the bits of the wedding that are unique - that will only happen that one time. Confetti shots are important to capture but I love the side stories, the one-offs, the 'if there wasn't a photo you wouldn't believe it' moments. Thank you!

Blown away to be included alongside a bunch of ridiculously talented photographers who I look up to and learn so much from.

A personal favourite from Sam and Shelley's wedding a couple of weeks ago.

They did their day their way. Too right.

Here Sam's dad stood in just the right spot. Add in a swish of Shelley's beautiful dress and 😍

My eyes are generally drawn to people. To faces. To hands.

But I'm challenging myself to look further. To find compositions beyond what I'm initially drawn to.
