Celestron SCT 8", EQ6R-Pro, ZWOASI2600MM, RGB.

This target is known as M3, as well as NGC5272. It's a globular cluster. Approx 33,000 light years from earth. 33,000 years! Makes ya wonder doesn't it! When I process these images I often wonder what was happening on earth when those photons left that planet before they arrived on the cameras sensor. Answers on a postcard.

Pillars of Creation. A difficult target, not least because it is so low on the horizon, that tests the mount and scope etc, but also it means there isnt much time each night to capture the image. Each night on average I was getting about 15 images, each being 5 minutes in length. Total number of nights, 5.

Pickering's Triangle is part of the Cygnus Loop supernova remnant, which includes the famous Veil Nebula. It is located about 1,500 light-years from Earth, in the constellation Cygnus, the Swan.

This is the result of two nights of image taking.

75 exposures, each 300 seconds in length of NGC7,000. Also know as Cygnus Wall. Taken over the course of two nights.
