What a gloriously fun wedding!

Charlotte & Lee did things a little differently - two ceremonies, two very different settings, and a whole lot of laughter.

First up, the wonderfully grand Braintree Town Hall for the official “I do’s” 💍 before heading back to the family farm for ceremony number two and a proper celebration.
Think sunshine, confetti, hay bales, a Land Rover photo booth, barrels of b**r and barrows of laughter 🍻😂

Katie & Ryan’s wedding at Channels

Another hot summer’s day, another brilliant wedding, and what a day it was! ☀️

Danielle & James | Leez Priory

Always a pleasure returning to the beautiful Leez Priory. Danielle & James couldn’t have asked for a better day – glorious sunshine, an amazing group of family and friends, and so many genuine moments to capture from start to finish.

The historic towers set the scene for a glorious outdoor ceremony, followed by picturesque lakeside portraits, plenty of laughter throughout the speeches, and a packed outdoor dance floor making the most of the summer sunshine. We finished the night with a ch*****ne spray beneath the evening sky and some dramatic night-time portraits… what a day!

Yvonne & Colin celebrated in style at The Rochford Hotel. Their wedding day was filled with laughter from beginning to end, a wonderful family celebration!

Hugs, tears, laughter, dancing, and even a ch*****ne spray to finish the night…

It was also great to be working alongside another Langdon Hills local business, Steve J Hearn, who kept guests smiling with his fantastic caricatures throughout the day.

What a day for Emma & Matt’s wedding at Ye Olde Plough House. ☀️

With sunshine, beautiful gardens and plenty of memorable moments throughout the day, it was a joy to capture their story as it unfolded.

From the emotional moments to the laughter, hugs and everything in between, it was a privilege to document such a special day.

A wedding isn’t really one moment.

It’s hundreds of little moments stitched together.

The nervous excitement in the morning.

Kids running around while everyone’s getting ready.

The groom pretending he’s not nervous.

The ceremony.

The confetti.

The family hugs.

The speeches that go on slightly longer than planned. 😆

The sunset…

Damn, that was some sunset.

The dance floor.

And those final photographs when it’s dark, everyone’s relaxed, and you suddenly realise…

“We actually did it.”

This wedding was a few years ago now, but I still love how the photographs tell the whole story.

No huge guest list. No fuss. Just a room full of love, laughter and genuine happiness.

One of the things I love most about intimate weddings is how personal they feel. You get more time with your nearest and dearest, more meaningful conversations, and more opportunities to simply enjoy the day.

And honestly? Looking at these smiles, I think they got it exactly right. ❤️ #
