Did you know is home to Europe’s only remaining private army still recognised today by ceremonial duties. The volume of artifacts on display at the castle is astonishing! I was commissioned to document the winter cleaning period where all items are carefully cleaned and checked, On entering the castle the walls are lined with over 400 historic weapons. Flintlocks, broadswords, muskets, and dirks — this place is like stepping into the armoury of Highland history.

These guys! The feeding experience is available at Blair Castle where you can observe and even feed these majestic animals synonymous with the highlands of Scotland! From :Blair Castle in Blair Atholl is home to a notable red deer park, situated near Banvie Hall. Visitors can observe these majestic animals and participate in informative deer feeding sessions held on weekends at 12:30 PM and 2:30 PM. These sessions offer insights into the behavior and ecology of red deer, which are native to Scotland and have been part of the landscape since the last ice age.
