Liv & Brandon 💍
I loved Liv's style the moment I walked in the room and saw her, I knew we were going to have some fun with photos. Actually a very hard day technically to shoot in, extremely hard light so I picked my locations carefully as I really wanted a soft feel to the images. Liv & Brandon were so good fun to shoot and not forgetting the little man, what total star, I just walk off down to the meadow with him and he loved having his photo taken, he also knackered me out running around!! 🏃
Great couple and family who let me just get creative but in a really chilled and relaxed way. I love how this gallery came out and the colouring which was in very hard conditions in peak summer noon sun.
Shot out to Justine the wedding Co ordinator who helped me capture some behind the scenes that I will post as I also shot this wedding on 35mm analogue film 📸

Molly & Jake // Millbrook Estate Elopement

I photographed Molly & Jake’s beautiful elopement at Millbrook Estate last month — a day full of style, elegance and two people who completely trusted my vision and gave me the freedom to create.

They also chose to add 35mm analogue film to their day. Shot alongside my digital work on classic colour or black & white film, it brings something completely different to the final gallery — imperfect, nostalgic and full of character. A different kind of feeling that only real film gives you.

I’ll be sharing their full story soon, once Molly & Jake have had the chance to see it first — a mix of digital and analogue photographs from such an incredible day.

I think I could write so much about each and every image in this post, which made me think why? To sum it up simply I think they were all just 'moments' , moments where Dave , Rach's dad walked her down the aisle and gave a thumbs up, the veil coming off and landing on the beach, Beck when she walked off and started climbing rocks because she loved seaweed.
These are of course just a small section of Beck & Rach's main galley, but I think my number one passion is to give my couples frames, moments in time to look back and Remember .... that feeling, laughing and crying.
Beck & Rach told me they did not like having their photo taken and I think this gallery , this wedding sums up me as a photographer and how I shoot and capture moments, because most of the time my couples don't even realise I'm taking images. That I love.
Does this highlight gallery include the iconic shot I've been talking about, no, that's for me to send them first and talk about later. Weddings are personal, intimate, a life changing event and I think over the past 2/3 years that's become lost into a performance with social media and trends. I'm there to capture moments, as the main most important thing is it's a wedding NOT a photoshoot. This is why I loved this wedding, it was authentic and natural and the people there that meant most to them.
And a final message to Beck & Rach.... THANKYOU for trusting me to capture your important day and for letting me also be me and create!
P. S. May the random voice notes always continue!

Watermouth cove from all the angles.
I'm just editing Beck & Rach's gallery, an absolute dream edit. Not because of crazy details, trends etc but because of them, to people that I instantly clicked with and who gave me total freedom to just photograph and create my own way.... At the end of the day, isn't that why you pick your photographer anyway right... Trust the process.
For all of you waiting (oh yes I've had multiple messages haha) for the iconic shot..... If you're thinking it's a magazine, new trending posts everywhere image... It's not, and THAT is why it's iconic. Trends and hype have taken over weddings. This shot was an image, a moment where everything else faded away. Two beautiful brides in love.... No not all cute etc... it was true, real emotion, a real moment that when they look back in years, decades to come. THEY will look for that one image, and THAT is why I love, absolutely love that I can give them that .
Be yourselves. Nothing more, nothing less.
I think it's clear to say I will always be checking in with Rach & Beck, sending you random voice notes. As you are awesome.
Also a big shout out to the watermouth team..... They don't know it but this shot was taken because they let a wedding be a wedding, intimate and natural. You guys are awesome. Watermouth Cove Weddings
