Finally spring is here 😁 Starym zwyczajem stworzyłam Marzannę.

An ancient Slavic ritual requires making an effigy of Marzanna (the goddess of winter, plagues and death). Symbolically setting it on fire and throwing it into the river is to help chase off winter and encourage the return of springtime, happiness, life and prosperity. For safety reasons I advise to just fumigate it with sandalwood incense instead !

How beautiful is this creature 🦚
He was shouting at people passing by "me me , look at me ! " Giving us the most beautiful performance. Extremely dignified and definitely extraordinary bird ❤️
Some say it's associated with purity of mind and spirit , bringing luck and prosperity. Well, I take that as a good omen 😉🍀
