That Cornish Coast light 💕

Weddings happened by chance for me, I hadn’t considered shooting them before, but I LOVE them. And now I’m thrilled to say I have a couple of weekends available on the run up to Christmas. Happy to travel!

You know that feeling of absolute joy when you find a rogue tenner in your jacket pocket? Well receiving messages like this evokes that same thrill 😊

‘I felt relaxed and listened to, it’s like she automatically could read how I was feeling and knew how to highlight all the positives then capture that moment all at once.’

And this is why I adore what I do so much. And exactly how I want people to feel - heard - when there’s so much external noise in our lives.

Exploration goes hand in hand with my photography. It’s a draw seeking out locations with my muse, experimenting, searching for light, lines, shapes and atmosphere.

On this particular photoshoot Roxy and I explored the industrial wastelands of Woolwich in London.

This tunnel ran alongside the Thames to the flood barrier. We weren’t sure what would find and it added mystery and awe in discovery.

It’s hugely satisfying for my eyes when marrying the beauty of a strong feminine physique with the rawness of the associated masculine industry. They say opposites attract and in my eyes this is bang on and one of my all time favourite shots of a powerful woman embracing and exploring every aspect of who she is, has been and what she wants to be.

It was dark, the richly frescoed walls of the Bolognese palace was an exquisite and awe inspiring backdrop to create beautiful portraits.

Lost in curiosity and the romance of the palace, my imagination ran away with me. If only the walls had eyes, ears, lips and a memory to tell the tales of past frivolities over the centuries.

This was a truly magical series to shoot. Where would you like to create a legacy in art?
