Grampian Photography Syndicate an information page for photography enthusiasts in and around the Grampian region for applying for Membership to join this syndicate.

An opportunity to be part of a unique photography syndicate where members can discuss & share their photographic experiences on a regular basis as well as have access to a fully equipped studio with or without 1-1 tutoring & advice. Access to the studio will be given weekday & weekends in allocated pre-arranged slots depending on which membership choice has been made. The studio useage is subject

to the syndicates terms & conditions. The Syndicate shall start from the 1st of March 2013 on a 12 month membership so currently launching this page for information purposes. There are 4 membership options. So if you want to have access to a studio and a very reasonable cost or access to a studio and have the option of 1-1 tutoring and mentoring available 7 days a week then apply via a facebook PM or send an email to [email protected] and find out more about becoming a member.

After two weeks of the winter flu I am kind of back on track so just finalising some pricing options of which I will be releasing shortly.
I can confirm though a 12 month beginners membership of £120 where hopefully by the end of the 12 months you a much better understanding of your camera & operating techniques :)
I have 3 additional memberships which include studio access, 1-1 training or advice if required, as well as the regular benifits.
Please spread the word I shall be preparing a press release for the end of Febraury with the aim of recruiting members for March.

just to prove you dont need £1000's of gear to be passionate about photography however a general understanding of how the camera works and some photoshop knowledge does help.
This was taken with my son's Canon IXUS pocket camera then tweaked in photoshop.
It was actually a lot of fun just trying new layering combinations tonight so thought I would share the before and after shots.

please share this page with your photography friends in and around the Grampain area. I hear so many times from folks wanting to be able to use their digital camera in all modes and learn how to take a portrait, or a landscape whilst out for a walk.
This is an opportunity to learn but also meet like minded photographers and sometimes it's easier to learn together rather than just tril and error.
I shall post up some shots of the studio taken when I first opened to give you all an idea of the space. It is in a lovely location and gives lots of photography opportunities all year round.
