This week has been a very special week for my photography career; it is the first time work from my graduate project ‘Woodland Caudex’ is simultaneously showing in 3 separate physical galleries.

Last Sunday I visited the gallery in London to see my print ‘Sweet Willow VI’ on display and to attend the private show for the Tebbs International Art Prize. It is such an honour to be exhibiting with the and to have my work shown alongside the other brilliantly talented 11 shortlisted artists. Congratulations to all of the shortlisted artists, runners up and the overall winner!

I’ve also been incredibly fortunate to have the video of ‘Sweet Willow VI’ displayed internationally for the first time in Seoul, South Korea for the .official ‘Art in Metaverse’ exhibition at the gallery. The digital work of 100 global finalists is presented in the main hall where the natural and the digital collide, with the digital work shown on screens placed amongst a forest of trees in the venue. The show will be running all the way until late May.

And finally, I was recently selected as one of the 25 shortlisted artists for the and Future Focus exhibition. Several of my videos from ‘Woodland Caudex’ are showing at the ‘Big Screen’ in the main entrance of the venue.

Since graduating from last summer, this week has been one of the most successful and rewarding weeks of my career.

To celebrate a print from my series ‘Woodland Caudex’ being shown at this years at from the 8th to 12th of September, I have made a limited run of prints available to purchase through my website. There are 3 prints from the project for sale on my website and are limited to a run of 20 per print.

In addition to these limited edition prints, I have also minted 3 NFT’s from the project on These are completely individual and unique so only one for each tree will ever exist on the Ethereum blockchain. Head to the link in my bio to view my website or my OpenSea collection!

A percentage of profits from my prints and NFT’s sales will be donated to to help preserve and care for UK woodlands.

My project Woodland Caudex is my final major project at and explores the connection between the digital, physical and natural in today’s ever-evolving digital world. Using LiDAR scanning technology on the and creating the work in .official software, Woodland Caudex is a collection of 3D digitised trees from real woodlands.

Folkestone Harbour after dark
Shot on 35mm Vision3 500T motion picture film 🎞

This image is from one of my largest bodies of work: Light After Dark. This series explores how urban landscapes change when painted in artificial light after the sun sets.

I’ll be posting some more images from this ongoing series soon!📸

To begin the new year, I thought I’d start with something old... I’ve been going through my archives recently, trying to find inspiration as I begin my final degree project. From my A-Level folder, I found a series of work I made in 2017 for my Photography A-Level that I thought had an interesting connection to the work I’ll hopefully be making in the coming months.

The series Manufactured Structures features digital pieces composed of photographs of buildings in London, block colours and photographs of textures. Each digital piece was constructed in Photoshop with every pattern or shape made from either a built structure in the city of London or a simple graphic built in photoshop. These photographs explore how we build structures and skyscrapers to appear perfectly ordered with visual rules and regulations that contrast with the natural order of the environment. This series was one of my first works exploring our connection with the built environment and how urban landscapes are increasingly becoming more and more detached from the natural environment.

It’s a two-part photo essay that poses questions about the future of development, trade and infrastructure in Ashford; a town largely connected to the logistics of transport in a soon to be post Brexit climate. This photo-essay explores these themes through two sets of images of the Ashford International Truckstop. The first section is photographed only at night, and the second section only during daylight.

These are some images from the first part of this photo-essay taken after dark

This project was a response to an editorial brief set by my university and the lead editor of
