We have a big announcement incoming from Bluesky this morning!

We are very excited to share the news that we have been acquired by Woolpert, a global leader in architecture, engineering and geospatial services.

CEO Rachel Tidmarsh says: “We’re looking forward to being part of a firm that shares our passion and excitement about geospatial capture, analysis, and creating impact for its clients and communities. Woolpert’s extensive expertise in all-things geospatial, as well as the addition of their architecture and engineering services, opens up a new realm of possibilities for our clients. We couldn’t be more excited about the ability to service our clients as a truly one-stop-shop with this world leading geospatial team.”

Woolpert CEO and President, Neil Churman adds: “With the addition of Bluesky to Woolpert’s trans-Atlantic team, together, we’ll be able to offer clients across Europe and North America a truly comprehensive set of geospatial services and products. We are beyond thrilled to embark upon the new opportunities that Bluesky and Woolpert will bring to each other and to our clients.”

Our fabulous post lady Mary Button makes an incredible effort to celebrate numerous different occasions with an array of costumes.

This morning Mary’s arrived with our post dressed ready to celebrate Victory in Europe Day (VE Day), today marks the 80th anniversary of Germany’s surrender in 1945, and the end of World War II in Europe.

Mary arrives each day with an incredible smile and good cheer and we know she brightens up our whole town with her incredible zest for life. Thank you Mary!

Yesterday the Bluesky team enjoyed a catered lunch as a thank you for working incredibly hard over the past few months to secure some great business wins. We will share more about these in the coming weeks, but to celebrate we enjoyed fabulous grilled meats, salad and pittas thanks to The Jockey Door and ice creams from Sam’s Ices.

It’s always good to find time just to relax for an hour or so, enjoy the warm weather (while it’s here!) and to socialise.

And did we mention we have room on our team for a few more? We are currently recruiting to fill roles in our expanding flight operations and marketing teams to meet increased customer demand. Find out more about roles available at www.bluesky-world.com/work-with-us/
