This evening, I've loved bringing more light and aliveness into my life with the support of and feel so good following another satisfying yoga practice ✨️🧡☺️

Reflection time. It had been raining all day, then the clouds opened, revealing wet sunlight and a faded rainbow. As warmth and water merged, the trees glowed. The colours and radiance of grief. I was still and slow, remembering my dear friend Rachel and wondering how I could still be here where she once was.

Found .tm busking today on my 55th birthday as we explored Lincoln life...very expressive and courageous performer out there mid afternoon. Takes real guts and self-belief to be so present for strangers passing by. High 5 to artists who show up and dream out loud 👌🎨🎤🧞‍♀️

Something a little unusual from me today. I went to a workshop this morning with who taught the group how to create augmented reality. I tried the technique this afternoon on my late grandmother's metronome and then placed it with an image I made today of a crane being worked in Newark on the St Mark's Place development. Quite an interesting narrative.
