My work is inspired by both my love of the outdoors and my interest in photography. Ireland. They are a result of my own journey of discovery and the inspiration behind them is both to record and share the wonders I have found along the way, in the hope that others can get as much joy from the photographs as I had from taking them.

Legend has it that the giant, Finn McCool while chasing his Scottish rival Benandonar scoped up a clod of earth and threw it at the retreating giant. Not knowing his own strength he threw it too far and it landed in the Irish Sea creating the Isle of Man. The hole he left filled up with water forming Lough Neagh
