We are so very proud to be associated with CURVE theatre, Leicester as one of their Champions. As we enter the last few shows for it is a time to reflect on the amazing company....cast, creatives, crew and all the theatre staff FoH. A wonderful experience with a beautiful show.....plus Mrs Angelic got to help these amazingly talented youngsters which was lovely.

Here at Angelic Photo we are proud to be Champions of CURVE theatre, Leicester for many reasons.

They are an excellent employer; they produce amazing productions; their staff are always friendly and they run an awesome young community company (CYCC) with groups such as kids, act, musical theatre and dance to name but a few reasons.

Four years ago, in November they set up the Andy Nairn Bursary for Technical Theatre in memory of Andy who sadly passed away the previous November and have dedicated each November since then to fundraising for the bursary.

Four years ago they also started their CYCC Technical Theatre group and our eldest male Mini Angelic, Jack, was one of the first people to take part - something he has continued doing annually with this year being his final course as he will have turned 18 before the next one starts.

We were asked to get a quote from him to send out as part of their fundraising for this November and we did this in the form of a video that they could capture quotes from. Their email has now been sent out and we would love to show you Jack's video.

Mr & Mrs Angelic always love it when we do photo viewings with our couples as we get to hear their reactions as the slideshow progresses and hear them reminiscing.

It is also the first time that Mrs Angelic gets to see the completed gallery as well.....plus the Mini Angelics love the home made pizza that Mr Angelic makes for everyone.....and, even if we do say so ourselves.....it is GOOD pizza!

The week before half term we had two viewings in a row! Two lovely couples who invited us to capture their big day and who we had so much fun with.

Thank you EssJay, Hayleigh, Molly and Andy for your lovely feedback, the flowers and the tips. They were completely unexpected but very gratefully received.

We have been very lucky to have worked with wonderful couples over the years and we certainly weren't let down by the last wedding we did.

Hayleigh-Jayne and Essjay had the most colourful wedding that matched their flamboyant personalities. Hayleigh-Jayne had three dress changes whilst Essjay had two outfit changes and all their outfits looked fab - especially Hayleigh-Jayne's first dress - handmade by one of the two Waynes at their wedding (yet another flamboyant couple!).

Despite rain just before their ceremony the day was bright and just perfect - especially when a rainbow appeared overhead - the perfect addition to a rainbow wedding.

It was also great to work with some awesome suppliers including the inimitable toastmaster, Nigel Fielding aka https://www.instagram.com/tamworthtoastmaster and super venue stylist and general awesomeness from Elegantlybe Discos & Decor

With hair by https://www.instagram.com/_chloehair_/ and make up by https://www.instagram.com/rlm_make_up/ the day ended when we had a rather impressive surprise appearance from Miss TuTu which helped make the day even more superb and unique.

Not long ago we were at one of our favourite regular venues - Donington Park Farmhouse Hotel - capturing the wedding of Mollyann and Andrew. The venue was perfect, the couple were awesome, the guests behaved and were so much fun and the whole day was bliss.

With garden games from Pop Up Party UK , a visit from Fleur the gorgeous VW camper from Pearl Heritage to take our couple off for a drive around the area and the most perfect weather we couldn't have asked for more. We had the most gorgeous cakes from Quackers Bakery and danced the night away accompanied by Affinity Wedding DJ Ltd

We also loved the 'risky' present gifting from Molly to Andrew round the corner of the barn. Making sure we could get that set up without each of them seeing the other may have given Mrs Angelic palpitations :D

Yes - we know!!! Mrs Angelic blinked and lost a few weeks!! It's been quite a tough year in terms of stopping on top of the socials - mainly because we have one Mini Angelic off to study a foundation course which involved travelling all round the country, one about to enter their final year of A levels which means booking in university open days all around the country (sense a theme here?) and the other two still need running back and forth - oh - and school holidays!!!

Off on a tangent now though - from personal stories and weddings......

Did you know we don't just do weddings? We do family sessions, engagement shoots, headshots for business and creatives as well as rehearsal and show photography plus much more.

These are our most recent rehearsal shots.

They were from the first get together for the latest young cast for 's next performance - Everybody's Talking About Jamie - with the lovely Riley taking on the lead role. If you saw Sky's performances of Les Miserable and Six over the last 12 months you will know they are fabulously talented youngsters. Check out their page for ticket links.

It also helps that our eldest Mini Angelic, Alex, has been a member of all three casts with this being her final show before she heads off to Mountview in September.
