I have had a passion for nature and photography ever since I was very young; I used to love watching my dad’s beautiful photographs magically appear in the trays set up in his darkroom (or the bathroom as mum called it!) He was and will always be an inspiration to me. Having snapped away over the years with various digital cameras, I decided to get a Nikon D5100 and very slowly began to learn more
about the different aspects of photography ~ I am still very much in the process of learning as I go, but have finally moved away from just leaving my camera set to auto! I am very lucky to live in a beautiful part of the Hampshire countryside where I have access to many areas of outstanding natural beauty; I often see red kites and buzzards over the garden, and a few minutes’ drive takes me to one of 3 nature reserves where otters, kingfishers & the endangered water vole all seem to be doing well. Please feel free to like, comment, share my page/pictures ~ I’m happy to have any advice or suggestions, but be nice! I’m super critical on myself as it is :D
