One thing I always say…don’t underestimate the importance of a good headshot!
Whether your child is with an agency or with management, whether they just love performing, or are just starting their journey in modelling, dance, musical theatre or acting, their headshot is so important!
It doesn’t need to be overly posed or full of heavy editing. In fact, the best headshots are usually the simplest ones.
A genuine smile.
A natural expression.
A little bit of personality.
Children change so quickly too! A headshot from two or three years ago might not look like them anymore, so keeping it up to date means you’ll always have current images on your walls around the house!
My aim is always to make sessions relaxed and fun, so we capture who they really are—not just a photo, but their personality.
Sometimes, the simplest image can open the biggest doors.
