Crawford O'Hare Photography Photographer Hello, I am Mark. You are probably wondering right now where the Crawford comes from?. (Crawford is the better half's second name).

Crawford O’Hare was born out of necessity as there are plenty of other Mark O’Hare photographers, who all happen to live in or around the West of Scotland area, I’ve counted at least three, typical. Based in Lanarkshire I happily travel the country documenting weddings & creating memories. I am father of two gorgeous boys, Daniel & Declan, a soon to be husband to Nicola (Crawford) and a massive mu

sic lover. Professionally I currently specialise in Wedding photography, family portraits, and music/band and headshot photography. Leisurely I am a documentary styled, urban street photographer, which I believe compliments all my work. I am constantly looking for stories and interesting things on an urban landscape, from documenting amazing architecture, or how people interact with the urban landscape round about them. This is a skill that I incorporate into my wedding work, offering a photo journalistic, fresh contemporary style, as well as traditional posed wedding shots. Currently I am a member of the Guild of Professional Photographers, with a professional back ground in drama, film and media. I’ve had the pleasure of photographing Donna, Stephen and their family a few times now, so it was lovely to be asked back for this one.

After 20 years of marriage, Donna and Stephen renewed their vows with a small, intimate gathering and wanted some photographs of themselves and their gorgeous clan together.

Nothing overdone. Just a really nice reason to get everyone together, mark 20 years, and get some proper family photographs while they were at it.

And 20 years married deserves a bit of celebrating.

Twenty years later, and here they are doing it all over again.

Donna and Stephen renewed their vows surrounded by a small group of the people closest to them, and I popped along afterwards to capture a few photographs.

I’ve photographed this family a few times over the years, which always makes sessions like this a bit more special. You’re not meeting strangers and trying to work everyone out. You already know the personalities, the laughs and who absolutely hates having their photo taken.

This one of Donna and Stephen is probably one of my favourites.

No big posing. No trying too hard.

Just the two of them, 20 years married, looking pretty bloody good on it.

Congratulations again, you two. ❤️

Just a quiet moment beneath the trees, overlooking the water at The Vu, and the kind of smile that says more than words ever could.

Just two wee legends taking their job very seriously.

The page boy looked like he was leading a royal procession.
The page girl looked like she was making sure he didn't get lost.

Some of my favourite wedding photographs aren't the first kiss, the speeches or the dance floor.

They're the tiny moments in between.

The ones nobody plans.

The ones that make everyone smile years later.

This was one of them.

What an absolutely cracking day celebrating Charys and Shubby Mehra's wedding at the beautiful Busby Hotel! It's always special when a venue holds such history for a couple, and knowing this is where Shubby proposed to his stunning wife just adds that extra layer of magic.

From start to finish, it was clear this amazing, fun-loving clan knows how to celebrate. And a special shout-out has to go to Leah – easily the most enthusiastic dancer I've ever witnessed! The energy was infectious.

Great day, great venue, and a truly wonderful couple. Wishing Charys and Shubby a lifetime of happiness together!
