London from the passenger seat…
Spent a couple of hours in the big smoke today, and as I wasn’t driving it was the perfect chance for a passenger seat challenge.
Definitely need to go back and spend the day there, it’s a brilliant place, there’s frames everywhere.
I have no idea how anyone cycles there though.. f**k that!

The funfair may have arrived at the start/finish of EPONA but all the fun is happening in the mountains!
A stunning sunrise for the 6am start this morning in Abergavenny and already a gap has opened up for the front runner in the Black Mountains.

A sweet Saturday on the Monmouthshire Brecon canal.
40 miles of Welsh countryside starting in Newport and finish info in Brecon right in the heart of Wales and the stunning Bannau Brycheiniog national park.

A few weeks ago I joined the gang for a day with and a bunch of wonderful people at the Dirty Health retreat in Ammanford.
It was brilliant! The vibe, the food and the company were all top notch. I can’t recommend it enough.
