Farsight BE SEEN. Video, drone filming and photography that show people what makes your business worth choosing. Based in Aberdeen, working across Scotland. Let’s talk.

Good work deserves to be seen. We help businesses show what they do, the people behind it and why it matters to their customers. Before we press record, we take time to understand your business, your audience and what you need the content to achieve. That thinking shapes everything from the story to where the finished work will be used. From brand films and customer case studies to photography and regular social content, we create useful material that supports sales, recruitment and marketing. Our services include:
• Video production
• Drone filming
• Brand and culture photography
• Content planning and ongoing support

Good video starts with understanding your business.

Do people understand what you offer?
Are you reaching the right customers?
And is your content supporting your business goals?

At Farsight, we create video and photography that help people understand what you do and why it matters, all year round.

From brand films that introduce your business to campaigns that attract attention, we build the creative approach around what you need to achieve.

That could mean explaining a specialist service, attracting new team members or helping investors see the potential in your business.

We find the story and the right way to tell it, so people can see the value you offer.

If video could support your next business goal, let’s talk.

Company culture is easier to understand when you can see the people behind it.

IMRANDD wanted a library of photography that promoted the people behind the business.

The images needed to support more than one campaign. They would be used across recruitment, marketing and wider communications, helping potential employees and clients get a better sense of the people behind the brand.

We focused on the team in their working environment, capturing natural interactions alongside more structured portraits.

The result was a useful bank of imagery that could support the business long after the photography day itself.

Because good business photography should do more than show what people look like. It should help others understand what it might feel like to work with them.

Castles, scaffolding and a drone. There are worse ways to spend a filming day.

A quick behind-the-scenes look at our recent shoot with AAA Scaffolding UK at a historic castle.

Once the site checks were complete and the conditions were right, we flew the drone to capture the full scale of the scaffolding, how it wraps around the building and the care involved in working on a property like this.

That aerial perspective makes the scale of the work impossible to miss.

Have a site, property or project that needs this perspective?

Good work is easier to appreciate when people can see what goes into it.

We were back inside Aberdeen Industrial Crating's workshop recently, capturing new video and photography as we continue building their social media channels and Google presence.

The aim is to show more of the people, processes and care behind the custom timber packaging they produce.

Plenty more to come.

Some of the most important work disappears once the project is finished.

We were back on site with AAA Scaffolding UK, documenting the progress around this historic property through video, photography and drone footage.

Capturing the journey shows the scale of the work, the care being taken around the building and the people making it happen, long before anyone sees the final result.

That gives AAA more than a record of the site. It gives them real content to show the standards behind their work and the progress being made along the way.

Something new is taking shape behind the scenes.

We have been working on a new Farsight website, with a stronger focus on how we present our work, our approach and the value we bring to businesses.

There is still a bit to finish, but it is coming together.

More soon.

Custom foam inserts, CNC cutting and the work most people never see.

We have been working with AIC - Aberdeen Industrial Crating to support their social media content through video production, helping show more of the skill and detail inside the workshop.

This short reel captures their team using CNC cutting to create a branded custom foam insert for specialist equipment.

Not off-the-shelf.

Not one-size-fits-all.

Built around the product.

For Farsight, this is where video becomes useful. It gives people a better look at the process, the people and the standards behind the business.

Good to be helping another Aberdeen business bring more of that into view.

Looking the part matters. Staying safe matters more.

We have recently added new Farsight hi-vis vests to the kit, supplied by Reid Workwear.

When we are out filming on sites, around scaffolding, near live work areas or in busy working environments, the right gear is not just about branding. It is about being visible, prepared and respectful of the space we are working in.

The added bonus is that the new vests look sharp on camera too.

A big thanks to Leigh Reid at Reid Workwear for getting these sorted for us and helping make sure the Farsight team is properly kitted out for site work.

Safe, visible and ready to get the shot.

Great to see our work with ASET International Energy Training Academy featured in the Aberdeen & Grampian Chamber of Commerce Morning Bulletin.

The project involved creating a series of videos across ASET’s Altens and Gallowgate facilities, helping show the scale of their training environments and give delegates, employers and industry partners a clearer sense of what they offer.

Special thanks goes out to Jonny Charles for bringing us in and setting everything up for us to film.

A really strong project for the Farsight team to be part of, and one that shows the value of using video to communicate what can be difficult to explain through words and photography alone.
