Bright and early (pre-7am!) morning photos in Braemar for C, C & E.

What better way to document a Scottish vacation than with family photos in the blooming heather? We met early at their hotel The Fife Arms (10/10 coffee!) and headed further up the Dee for pictures. We chatted through all things baby, Royal Deeside and Houston, Texas. What a gorgeous morning and what a gorgeous family 🤍

When Vanessa got in touch with the idea of a surprise vow renewal I was so excited… because the one being surprised was her husband James. 10 years since their wedding at Drumtochty Castle they returned to show their beautiful boys where they got married, only for James to be surprised by family and friends waiting in the chapel. It was the perfect, small and personal ceremony.

We drove up to the spot where they got photos taken on their wedding day to capture some portraits and of course the boys and Hastings 🐶 were there for the fun!

Ian and Brooke brought JOY to ✨ The Merki ✨, with a beautiful fusion of New Mexican and Scottish traditions. We nipped away to the beach in Montrose for portraits. The wind and haar brought the drama!

Findlay and Aaron✨💖

After the sweetest small ceremony at Marischal College we drove back to Findlay’s family home in Balmedie for the portraits and party! It was super important to F&A that they included their children in the portraits and kept it natural and relaxed in style. It was a beautiful, personal representation of them as a couple and family. Thank you for having me!
