Did you know it is men's mental health month?
Mental health is a big thing and unfortunately for men it is seen as a weakness. It's not. If you are struggling, having a stressful time or feeling like you can't do it anymore. Reach out to someone. You are worth everything and deserve to be who you are and get the help that you need.
That goes to anyone, no matter your age or gender. Reach out to a friend, relative or a place like Samaritans because they are there to help you.

North East Scotland Scottie Dog meet up Group came to Keith and Dufftown Railway for a little run along the line. It was a great time and many photos were taken. Scottie dogs of all sizes, ages and colour attended and I hope to see them again in the future!
