This one was OUTRAGEOUSLY special.

There’s not many places in the world I long to go back to… but the Isles of Scilly is that place for me. So imagine how excited I was when I was asked to photograph my dear friend’s wedding in one of my favourite places!

This was a year ago today! Happy anniversary to these two lovely dinosaurs. 🦖 🦖🫶

Sunday was FULL of love. 🫶

Demi & Cameron know more than most what’s truly important in life… and how to flippin’ celebrate all those things with the people they love the most.

They filled the beautiful Parley Manor Wedding Venue in Dorset with their best people and showed the world that love will always win.

Demi Caesar & Cameron JC you’re both INCREDIBLE. Thank you so much for the honour of being a little part of your amazing day!

I cried more times than I care to admit but still managed to take a few photos through the tears. Here’s a few from their previews.

Saturday was nothing short of ICONIC.

These bright little butterflies are Emma & Dan and on Saturday they got married at 𝐏𝐚𝐩𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐧 🦋

I’ve been lucky enough to meet Emma at a few weddings and apparently that’s when she knew I was the photographer for her. 🫣

I’m outrageously grateful that they trusted me to capture their incredible day!

I was glad to be accompanied by the superstar wingwoman Katy Flynn Photography | Weddings who helped ease the pressure AND got shot of the day with the last image on the carousel. 10/10.

The colours were bright and the day was FULL of love.

I LOVE the in between moments because that’s where the story is truly told…

The moment quiet contemplation from the bride before walking down the aisle.

(Each photo in this carousel has a different caption, just like each moment had a different meaning.)

Apart from the last one because instagram is being glitchy… but it’s the last shot of the night looking back at the venue in the night sky.

The (almost) forgotten bouquet on a chair in the bar following the excitement of that ‘just married’ first glass of bubbles…

I also love the couples who insist on a photo with their photographer too… despite being ever so slightly nervous handing my livelihood to someone who’s been on the sesh all day.

For over 12 years, I worked as a paramedic, including on the air ambulance.

I was invited into people’s lives on days they never saw coming.

Today, as a documentary wedding photographer, I’m invited into days people have dreamt about for years. Spent countless hours planning for.

They’re worlds apart, yet I’ve realised they share more in common than I ever expected.

I’m incredibly grateful for both chapters, and for everyone who has trusted me to be part of life’s biggest moments.

More weird comparisons to come…

They went all in on the Mexican theme and knocked it out the park! Living proof you can do your wedding day however you damn want to.

Portsmouth Registry Wedding 💒
Delighted to have delivered this gallery this week for Jenny and Simon’s intimate wedding ceremony in Portsmouth. It was a short but ever so sweet family affair with me just covering the ceremony before they all headed for a family meal at their favourite pub!

It was my first time shooting here and I really hope I get to go back soon!
Pretty local for me, beautiful building and some lovely gardens too.

is 10/10 stunning venues. It has lots of different and versatile spaces to make your day truly yours, no matter the weather. Professional team behind the scenes to ensure your day runs smoothly, what more could you need? Pasties. That's what.

Bonus about it being in the Westcountry is that you can have proper pasties delivered to serve your guests... or just your photographer.

You can take the boy out the West country... but you'll never stop my love for pasties, as the old saying goes 😅
