My new website is finally up and running !! There are many new portfolios representing my most recent travels. And most portfolios have been expanded - although there is never enough space to show even a fraction of the total portfolio.
Yes. I notice some typos and I’m also wanting to expand the gallery page to include upcoming and past shows at my gallery in Saint Antonin Noble Val, France.

(2024 in the gallery Coup de Cœur was a very successful show on India.
The upcoming show for 2025 is the very exciting show called The Sacred Gifts of the Feminine and features photographs of women from 18 countries. )

I took a break from the gallery and all the work involved to go on a walk this morning with friends. The weather was ideas - overcast and cool.
We left from the village of Parisot and walked through the French countryside !

The very successful Cuba exhibition at Galerie Coup de Cœur ends on a high note as another large photo - this time Cigar Smoking Belle, heads home with Catherine.
Still others waiting for that discerning eye and appreciator of beautiful art and life if Cuba.
Cuba photo books and angel Christmas cards are still available and make great gifts for the holidays.
Gallery closes for this year at 15hrs today.

The Gallery - Coup de Cœur, will be open these next three weekends. This is the very last days of the Cuba show and the gallery being open - until next summer.

August 24-25, 2019
Arte dans les Jardins - Cazals, in Tarn et Garonne, France.
This is a very beautiful and fun event with exceptional artists showing and selling their art in the lovely gardens of Cazals. In addition, there will be a vide-grainier in the village on Sunday.
I will be showing and selling photographs from the Myanmar/Birmanie collection in the garden number 5.

Come visit and take a treasure or 2 home!

Today, the 15th of August, is a special day in France - commemorating Mary, the mother of the master Jesus, and also the day of the Black or Hidden Madonna. Shops are closed and the streets are full of families eating ice cream, getting donkey rides and enjoying art and music.
Julien and Sophie from Monbeque wandered into my gallery and fell in love with this photo. Before wrapping it up for them I hesitated, wanting to be sure that I understood that they were wanting to buy it, Julien misunderstood my hesitation and said ‘don’t worry it’s going to a very good home, with other Cuban photographs ‘. Sophie mentioned that she hadn’t intended on buying a photograph today, but that it was a Coup de Cœur’. I was surprised at her use of the phrase, as I had just chosen it as the name for the gallery and it wasn’t yet in evidence in the gallery! Such a fun confirmation for me!
By chance I had a visitor who was Cuban today and he loved the exhibition.
Another beautiful day of making connections with people from many places. I am completely blessed.

'Galerie Coup de Cœur'
After much deliberation and with the help of many of my friends here in France - I've decided on the name for my photographic gallery in Saint Antonin Noble Val, France!!
Literally translated into English it means an overthrowing of the heart. Delightful and long. So the English name is 'Avery Heart Gallery', for the French who especially appreciate a play on words.
It feels good to have a name that resonates with my theme of love and unity and is also playful and light.
