Com a elegância de quem traz na mala não apenas roupas, mas sonhos, Mari e Gustavo vestiram novamente o traje de casamento para uma sessão fotográfica de lua de mel inesquecível em Paris. Entre a imponência da Torre Eiffel e as vistas deslumbrantes para o Museu do Louvre a partir do Jardin Tuileries, cada clique capturou a pureza do amor que os uniu.

Diz a canção que « What the world needs now is love », e neste dia, Paris respondeu a esse chamado através do sorriso e da cumplicidade deste casal.

O mistério de gerar vida, a alegria de ser juntos.

A alegria de um mais um igual a três. Mas antes, naquela manhã, pelas ruas de Paris, a Martha e o Asaf…

Escrevo isto sob o eco de “Promesa”, de Rosalía, e da sua pergunta: “Yo quiero saber de qué trata el mundo”.

Hoje, a resposta veio em forma de dança, de risos soltos e de olhares que prometem. Não só um futuro a dois, mas um novo ser que chega.

Houve cumplicidade com sotaque de Pulp Fiction, houve leveza e Paris mas o protagonista foi o amor deles. E a promessa, essa, já está escrita nos gestos, nos abraços, no riso e na barriga que cresce.

Como fotógrafa em Paris, o meu trabalho é simples: estar lá quando o mundo se revela em instantes assim e vibrar muito com ele e convosco!

Golden hour on the Seine turned into forever.

Arnav popped the question to Tvisha during a private sunset cruise in Paris, and her “yes” lit up the whole river. Their joy? Contagious. Their love? Electric. Their laughter? Still echoing in my camera roll.

As a Paris-based photographer, I don’t just capture moments — I hold space for them. The kind that make your heart skip, your eyes glisten, your soul remember why love exists.

Trinta anos. Amaline e Pablo não celebraram apenas uma data; celebraram a intensidade de uma vida construída a dois, numa manhã de Junho em que o amor foi o único protagonista.

Mais do que uma cerimônia, foi um ato de pura intimidade, de vida e de emoções compartilhadas.

Estive ao lado da Patrícia Patrícia Lima-Casamento-Renovação de votos-Pedido de casamento , na condução das palavras, e do Rafa, ao violino, e tive o privilégio não só de fotografar, mas de sentir a pulsação desse amor que transbordava entre nós.

Estas 20 imagens são o reflexo dessa cumplicidade rara: não houve plateia, apenas corações abertos a testemunhar e eternizar a beleza do “sim” renovado.

Under the bright Parisian sun, where the heat met the refreshing breeze of the Seine, I witnessed more than a proposal, I witnessed a profound choice.

Through my lens, these 20 black and white images became my visual meditation on love. For me, capturing this moment wasn’t about the spectacle, but about witnessing the quiet courage of total surrender. I see love as a conscious, deliberate act of accepting another person entirely.

In these frames, I sought to freeze the stillness of two souls deciding to walk together. The sun-drenched scenery was merely the backdrop, the true masterpiece I aimed to capture was the raw, human connection between them.

I hope these images remind you, as they reminded me, that the greatest commitment is to the shared reality of two lives intertwining.

A private sunset cruise, champagne, and a “Yes” under the sparkling Eiffel Tower.🥂✨

There’s nothing quite like the magic of Paris at night, especially from the water. I had the privilege of capturing this incredibly romantic proposal on a private boat along the Seine. As the city lights began to twinkle, the atmosphere was filled with pure love and anticipation.

With a glass of champagne in hand and the illuminated Eiffel Tower as the ultimate backdrop, the moment unfolded with raw emotion and tenderness. It was a scene straight out of a movie, but real, intimate, and overflowing with joy. Seeing their faces light up as the answer was given is why I love what I do.

Sunrise, the Eiffel Tower, and a double proposal we’ll never forget. 🌅💍

Michael hired me to capture a sunrise proposal for Kayi along the Seine, with the Eiffel Tower as our witness.

It was a moment brimming with romance, complicity, and pure love. But what none of us imagined was that Kayi had a surprise of her own hidden in her heart.

Just minutes after Michael’s heartfelt question, and amidst the flow of our photoshoot, Kayi suddenly dropped to one knee.

She pulled out a ring she had secretly prepared and proposed to Michael right back! 😲❤️

The shock, the tears, and the overwhelming joy created an atmosphere of magic that is rare to witness.

We celebrated this unique double engagement with a romantic walk towards the Trocadéro, surrounded by blooming cherry blossoms and the iconic view of the Iron Lady.

From a planned sunrise moment to a spontaneous double “Yes,” this session was a testament to how deeply they love each other.

What started as a photoshoot to celebrate Joey and Shainy’s 7 month anniversary turned into something far more magical.

While Shainy thought we were just capturing their journey, Joey had a surprise that would officialize their commitment forever.

The day was as radiant as their love, bathed in sunshine along the banks of the Seine.

But what made this moment even more extraordinary was the presence of their mothers. Witnessing and blessing this step, they were integral to the magic, especially Joey’s mom, who secretly handed him the ring just before he dropped to one knee.

As we wrapped up the session, I asked them to stand close for one final shot. Suddenly, Joey began to sing to Shainy. I had no idea he had such a beautiful voice! I quickly asked if I could film this raw, tender moment, resulting in the heartfelt clip you see in the last slide. 🎶❤️

From the secret planning to the mothers’ blessing, and ending with an impromptu serenade, this day was filled with surprise, pure happiness, and endless love.

O ato fotográfico dá-se em três momentos: ideia, toma e sublimação.

Muitas vezes, convido a minha filha para ser modelo, personagem, inspiração. Parto sempre de um ideal. “Ideia” e “Ideal”... as palavras parecem-se, não é?

Mas quando passamos para o terreno, ela — criança livre — raramente faz o que peço. Faz outras coisas. Confesso: frustro-me. Irrito-me com ela e comigo. Mas não paro. Tento, experimento e entrego-me ao azar e ao erro, dentro do imprevisto e do imprevisível.

E então, a surpresa! Ela “mata” a minha idealização e traz frescura, liberdade e uma rebeldia boa de sentir.

A distância do tempo e através de um olhar amoroso sobre aquele momento de irritação, sinto a magia. Enterneço-me ao ver nas imagens que ela ria sem parar, que me desafiava e que, de repente, surgia o Novo. O movimento.

A idealização foi apenas o ponto de partida. Ou terá sido o desejo?

Grata a mim e a ela por esse querer. Principalmente a ela, por existir, ser, estar e experimentar comigo neste laboratório que é o viver.
