Eight years ago, I said yes to something small.

A casual night out in the foothills of Montmartre with my friends Cara and Ricky. Ricky was visiting from the USA, and we walked into a little restaurant where I first laid eyes on Giuseppe.

I was too shy to say anything.

But thanks to a little encouragement (okay… a lot 😂) from Cara and Ricky, I worked up the courage to start a conversation.

That one conversation changed my entire life.

Today, Giuseppe is my husband, we’ve been together for 8 years, and we’re counting down the days until we meet our first baby. ❤️

So when Ricky’s partner secretly reached out to us to photograph his surprise proposal, we couldn’t have imagined a more meaningful full-circle moment.

Standing just around the corner from the very place where Ricky unknowingly introduced me to my future husband… we watched him begin his own forever.

Some stories really do come full circle.

Congratulations to two incredible people. Thank you for letting us be part of such a beautiful chapter. 💍✨

Meanwhile, this is the view from my kitchen. 🇫🇷✨

Every year, I stop what I’m doing, make a coffee, lean out the window, and watch the Patrouille de France paint the sky blue, white, and red. Then, as the sun sets, the Eiffel Tower lights up and fireworks fill the Paris skyline.

It’s one of those moments that reminds me how lucky I am to call this city home.

Sometimes the most extraordinary views aren’t from a rooftop or a luxury hotel—they’re from the place you make breakfast.

One of my favorite things about living in Paris is that magic has a way of finding you.

Last night I stepped outside my front door and walked straight into this. 🥁✨

Every year on June 21st, France celebrates Fête de la Musique, where musicians take over the streets, squares, cafés, and neighborhoods.

No tickets. No barriers. Just music, joy, and thousands of people dancing together.

Moments like this remind me that some of the best experiences in life aren’t planned at all. ❤️
