📢 Call for Applications – Stanford University Knight-Hennessy Scholars Program 2027 for Bangladeshi Students 🇺🇸
This is to inform all concerned that Stanford University, United States of America, has invited applications for the prestigious Knight-Hennessy Scholars (KHS) Program 2027 from outstanding international candidates, including eligible Bangladeshi students.
The Knight-Hennessy Scholars Program is a fully funded graduate scholarship designed to develop a multidisciplinary community of future global leaders committed to addressing complex challenges through collaboration, innovation, and public service. Scholars may pursue any full-time graduate degree offered at Stanford University while participating in the leadership development programme.
Scholarship Benefits:
- Full tuition fee coverage for the duration of the graduate programme;
- Monthly living stipend covering accommodation and associated expenses;
- Annual round-trip economy-class airfare;
- Relocation allowance to support initial settlement costs;
- Leadership development training and mentorship opportunities;
- Access to a global network of Knight-Hennessy Scholars and Stanford alumni;
- Funding for academic enrichment activities, conferences, and professional development.
Eligible Degree Programmes:
Applicants may apply to any eligible full-time graduate programme at Stanford University, including but not limited to:
- Master's Programmes;
- Doctoral (PhD) Programmes;
- Professional Degree Programmes, including:
- MBA,
- JD,
- MD,
- MFA,
- MS,
- MA,
- DMA,
- and other eligible Stanford graduate programmes.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Applicants must apply separately to an eligible Stanford graduate degree programme and to the Knight-Hennessy Scholars Program;
- Applicants must have earned their first bachelor's degree in January 2021 or later (subject to the official eligibility requirements for the respective admission cycle);
- Candidates should demonstrate academic excellence, leadership potential, and a commitment to creating positive change in society;
- Applicants from all nationalities, including Bangladeshi citizens, are eligible to apply.
Application Procedure:
- Applications for the Knight-Hennessy Scholars Program must be submitted through the official online application portal;
- Applicants are also required to apply and gain admission to their chosen Stanford graduate programme separately;
- Required documents may include academic transcripts, recommendation letters, essays, résumé/CV, and standardized test scores, depending on the selected graduate programme.
Application Deadline: 06 October 2026
Eligible Bangladeshi students are encouraged to submit their applications within the stipulated timeframe.
