I have a passion for photography and for life - I love seeing the unusual in the usual and often bump into things as I don't tend to look in front of me, I need owl vision! There will be some images posted on the page that are purely for sharing - a moment captured perhaps, a moment in time, or just an event that has happened. I take photos because I truly love spending time behind the lens, wheth
er it be in my garden or with friends and family capturing fun. It is said a picture paints a thousand words - I hope so! The photos taken and displayed are all Straight out of the Camera and very little editing takes place - except when I want to convert something to Select Colour or maybe add a filter. But other than that - it's all pure photography. Living in the heart Deux-Sevrès in the heart of the beautiful Poitou Charentes, West France since 2004 and finding much to explore in just our area, my passion for photography has grown. I have found that with a love of nature and of my adopted country, I now encapsulate all things around me that I would like to share through my photography, welcome to "my life through the lens!"
