They didn’t want a wedding.
They wanted a moment they’d never forget.
So they traded the venue for a mountain.
The aisle for a snowfield.
The crowd for the sound of rotor blades fading into the peaks.
A helicopter. A ceremony in the alpine. Snowshoes under a wedding gown. Hands held at altitude, where the air is thinner and everything that matters becomes very, very clear. This is what elopement looks like in the Canadian Rockies.
