Honoured to see my photograph of the magnificent CAMBRIA featured on the cover of Goose Magazine by Robbe & Berking Classics.

The timing could hardly be more perfect, as I’m currently at the Richard Mille Cup on the Firth of Clyde—the very waters where CAMBRIA was crafted in 1928 by the legendary William Fife & Sons in Fairlie.
A yacht that embodies timeless elegance, and to see this image showcased on the cover of such an outstanding magazine is a true privilege and a wonderful celebration of classic yachting heritage.

MARIQUITA
It is truly great to see the legendary 1911 MARIQUITA racing at the Richard Mille Cup back at her birthplace in Fairlie. As the last remaining 19-Metre Class masterpiece on Earth, this 38-meter gaff cutter built by William Fife & Sons is a breathtaking living monument of maritime history. After spending decades abandoned as a mud-bound houseboat, a meticulous and flawless restoration completely brought her back to life in absolute original detail. Sailing with immense power and grace, she remains a true masterpiece of traditional seamanship on the open sea. Experiencing this magnificent yacht under full sail is a beautiful reminder of the golden age of yachting.
