It’s a big day for Penny Wolin’s Guest Register. A wonderful write-up in the NYT Book Review holiday edition. Could hardly be better. Well deserved, the book is one of a kind.

In 1975, Penny Wolin moved into a hotel on Hollywood Boulevard and started taking pictures of her fellow residents. “Guest Register” collects her work.

We are so proud of , a .

Peggy came to our Photography Master Retreat in 2018 with at least great projects which she wanted to publish and share but it is true that the three mentors immediately fell in love with the Guest Register project. Peggy worked relentlessly during our one week retreat in the South of France to reshape it and resuscitate it.

She worked relentlessly after the retreat, to make the project come to life with a beautiful design, image sequencing and great personal texts.
She also engaged the help of fellow alumni Barry Munger who informed us of the write-up and wrote great words: "Be bold, work hard, collaborate, refine, laugh, but above all move forward — that TPMR spirit is potent stuff. » Thank you, we like to think it is potent stuff!

. In a safer and kinder world, we hope that we will be able to meet our students in as well as our for a special gathering!
Our virtual Alumni will be the first invited! They trusted us with a Zoom adventure and it was glorious. The bouquets are remnants of daily bouquet offerings by mentor who was conducting the virtual Master Retreat from France, alongside and in NY.

We are missing all the and present students at our Communal table! Our , whom we are having a wonderful Virtual Master Retreat with just now, were asking about the other Alumni and asking to connect. More to come and suggestions welcome.

Soon again we hope so we all meet and exchange, either in Esparon, New York or Paris, in person.
