No one can prepare you for the journey you partake in while chasing your dreams. For me, this path has not been linear— it’s been a series of ups and downs, doubts and victories. I never imagined that opening my heart to my dreams also meant opening myself to discovering the inner depths of my soul. The good, the bad, the ugly. But also, I think that’s what makes this journey all the more worth while. Will I make it to the other side? Is the vision I have for myself just a delusion or can it be my reality? I’m not sure but all I know is I won’t stop until I find out.

Movement makes the image. If you ever hated a photo of yourself then chances are you probably felt uncomfortable, unsure and unconfident. The trick is to MOVE, cause stiffness is translated across the lens!

So next time you have a photoshoot, with me or with anyone else I recommend these three things:

1. Send your favorite playlist to your photographer ahead of time or bring your own jams!
2. Ignore the camera and enjoy the experience.
3. Wear what makes you feel both confident and comfortable! And if you’re not sure what that is ask☺️

Historically women have been misunderstood, labeled, categorized as “difficult”. But I believe the truth is the thing we have most been judged for is our superpower, it is a force of nature.
