After all the ceremonies were done, speeches shared, and stomachs happily filled, the room shifted into a lighter, joyful rhythm. It was finally time for everyone to gather around the lovely Bu Katalaina for photos with moments where smiles were natural, hugs were warm, and you could feel just how loved she is.
These quiet, in-between moments often become the most meaningful ones. Families coming together, generations standing side by side, children holding onto grandparents, and everyone wanting just one more photo to remember the night by.
As a photographer, this is the part I love most, capturing the moments we may never get back, the ones that feel ordinary at the time but become priceless as the years go by. Every click of the shutter felt like preserving a piece of someone’s heart, a memory that will someday mean even more than it does today.
Cherishing memories like these is what makes my work special, and being part of Bu Kata’s 80th birthday celebration is something I’m grateful to document. 🤍📷✨
