🎥 #𝐋𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐦𝐍𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐞 We will be livestreaming the Homegoing Celebration for the late Malakai Saumatua Sosiceni on Saturday, 15 June 2024.

The livestream will begin at 5:30 am from the Suva Mortuary and cortège to the family residence in Vesivesi Road, Kinoya.

Friends and Families will pay their last respects to him before the Memorial Service is held at the Kinoya Methodist Church and he will be laid to rest at the Nasinu Cemetery.

The late Mr. Sosiceni was born on Wednesday, 30 May 1962, and passed on to Glory on Monday, 10 June 2024 at 62 years old.

Malakai hailed from Noco, Rewa, and was born to Lasarusa Rakula and Mother, Raijia Marama, from Nakasaleka, Kadavu who both passed away years ago.

Mr. Sosiceni was born in Bagasau, Toorak but grew up in Kinoya during his childhood days until his untimely passing.

He started his career from a very humble beginning as a Clerk serving at the Marine before moving to the Warehouse for hurricane relief at Walu Bay. He then worked at the Ministry of Finance and later retired as a Senior Accountant in 2017.

Malakai was a quiet and humble person who was loved by his family, especially his grandchildren.

His dream was for everyone to get educated and have a successful life.

The late Mr. Sosiceni is survived by his wife, Siteri Sosiceni from Teci, Yasawa, and has maternal links to Somosomo, Taveuni, their 3 children, and 6 grandchildren.

🎥 will be livestreaming the Final Journey to Glory for the late Joeli Cava on Friday, 7 June and Saturday, 8 June 2024.

Joeli was born on 8 June 1975 and passed on to glory on Monday, 3 June at the age of 48.

He is survived by his wife Ilisapeci Viraki Cava, 2 children, Mesake Cava and Virisila Cava Vesikula, and 3 grandchildren, Joeli Cava, Adi Vasemaca Vesikula, and Adi Ilisapeci Vesikula.

The livestream will begin at 3 pm from the Suva Mortuary when his colleagues from the Fiji Bureau of Statistics uplift his body and transport him to his maternal village of Naila, Bau, Tailevu.

From the mortuary, the funeral procession will drive by his workplace in Vatuwaqa before proceeding to his final destination, Naila.

As per his final wishes, Joeli will be buried in Naila alongside his mother Venina Ciri, Father Tevita Rabo, and brother Kelemedi Nainima

Jacob, who turned 21 on Monday, was born on January 22, 2003.

His birthday celebration will be at the Central Cuisine Restaurant at 6 PM.

Jacob hails from Mokani, Bau, Tailevu and belongs to the Yavusa Delai with maternal links to Fulaga, Lau.

His traditional Cavuti is to the Gone Turaga na Tui Mabua Taukei Matanalevu.

He was born and raised in Suva by his parents Isoa Tauribau and Emi Simolo and he has 2 siblings; Grace Tauribau and Daniel Tauribau.

Jacob pursued his primary education at Gospel Primary School before attending Ratu Kadavulevu School and Gospel High School for his secondary studies.

He scored the highest in Physics in 2020 and was awarded the Toppers scholarship in 2021.

He is currently a second-year student at Nasinu Teacher’s College.

Ma**ca was born on 6 May 1956 and passed on to glory on Thursday, 16 November at the age of 67.

The livestream will begin at 4:30PM on Tuesday at the Suva Mortuary for her uplifting and funeral procession to the family residence in Namako.

The Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday at 9AM at the Waiqanake AOG Church followed by her burial at Nasogaralevu.

Known as a woman of faith, Ma**ca was a Sunday School Teacher, a Prayer Warrior, and Radini Qase ni Lotu.

She was committed to the workings of the Church and fulfilled all responsibilities to the highest standard.

She is survived by her husband Taniela Vueta, 3 children; Sefanaia Bani, Ateca Niulele, and Moni Cadravula and grandchildren; Vilikesa Koroi, Taniela Vueta, Tevita Roqica, Emoni Boselevu, Gloria Niuleleitoga, Sefanaia Bani, Rokoadi, Talemaiiraki, Anthony Bani, Peceli Lomani, Noa Fonua and Ateca Glendalynn Togenavanua.

Her late daughter Irinieta Dimanamana passed on at a young age.

Ma**ca hailed from Kedra, Dogotuki, Macuata and belonged to the Mataqali Namako and Yavusa Vitina.

Her parents were Elia Sauvou and Mereseini Salauca of Nanuca Village, Cakaudrove from the Yavusa Lalagavesi.

Her husband Taniela hails from Muaivuso Village from the Tokatoka Vunikalou, Mataqali Nabaramai, Yavusa Navakavu, Tikina Suvavou in the Yasana of Rewa.
