Notice to Immaculate ECE Parents

Dear Parents,

As part of our company policy, we generally do not accept orders below a minimum quantity of 10 pieces. However, in support of ECE Week and understanding how much parents and children enjoy having custom-printed T-shirts, we made an exception and accepted individual orders from Immaculate Primary School ECE.

We received two orders from parents last week, and as advised, all orders received during that period are currently being processed this week.

Unfortunately, our team has received messages containing inappropriate language and abusive comments from some customers regarding these orders. While we understand that delays and misunderstandings can be frustrating, we kindly ask that all communication remains respectful. We do not condone abusive or threatening behaviour towards our staff under any circumstances.

To avoid any further misunderstandings regarding collection, delivery, or claims of missing items, we will not be releasing these orders to any third party for pickup. Instead, the person who placed the order will need to personally collect their T-shirt(s) from our shop upon completion.

For the same reason, we will also be unable to arrange EMS or any other delivery service for these orders.

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Our intention is simply to ensure that every order reaches the correct customer and to prevent any further issues.
