Great visit at - an amazing course situated in the middle of Sao Paulo. Formed already in 1901, a club with a lot of heritage, and a former European Tour, Web.Com and Pga Tour Latinoamerica competition course.

Met the very nice Head Pro Erik Andersen and a future Brazilian golfer

Amazing lay-out with a lot of trees, water and tight Par 3’s

Had the priviledge to play and take pictures of
Amazing golf course next to Sao Paulo, with breathtaking views, lovely people, and a lot of water and narrow tree lines.

Be sure to play in the early morning, to get the best out of it!

Very much worth a visit!

We wanted to create futuristic images, but without artificial computer generation. All done in real life, no photoshop needed.

The reference image was quite similar, but we wanted to go a bit crazier. Nice shoot with great people.

I was browsing thru an old dropbox account, and found this old image I shot for a newspaper back in 2010 at the Olympic Stadium Swimming pool in Helsinki.

Had a special permission to shoot there, because it is not normally allowed. It seems it was the era of ”a bit crooked news images”.

Just reminds me of summer. Only 3-4 more months left to jump into the pool again!

As it is -15C in Finland, again - and the winter seems to be neverending. Missing the lovely vibes of Sao Paulo, and all the beautiful people, especially one in particular. Sao Paulo is a spectacular city, with crazy vibes and culture, and sort of a hidden gem in the country. (Not that hidden, with 20-30 million people). But not to make it too beautiful, this post is in black and white ;) Fits the the finnish mood better.
