Confirmed sources have it that the Ethiopian government has once again cut telephone networks in the Western Oromia region. Since early this week thousands of federal military forces and the Amhara Liyu Hayil militias, as well as Eritrean troops wearing Ethiopian military uniforms, have been despatched for military operations to many parts of Wollegga, vowing 'to eliminate' the Oromo Liberation Army (OLA). There are also fresh reports that these forces are harassing civilians, particularly in Eastern Welega, displacing hundreds of farmers accusing them of feeding the OLA. The death of civilians has become daily incidents in Oromia, in which some of the bodies sometimes eaten by wild animals.

Aby Ahmed lied to the international community telling them the Eritrean forces left Ethiopia. However, the truth is the Eritrean and Amhara Region forces who perpetuated ethnic cleansing and r**e in Tigray have now turned their sinister operation to the Oromia region to suppress the Oromo people's struggle for freedom.
